Thank you for shopping with Maison Sena. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12pm ET, or over the weekend, are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Times & Rates
We ship across the United States.
- Standard shipping: 3–5 business days
- Free shipping on all orders over $45
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances beyond our control (weather, customs, peak periods).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Maison Sena is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days at maisonsena.us.contact@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
